Policy
We strongly recommend that all customers completely
review our shipping information and policies. If your shipping
questions are not answered on this page, please contact us
with any questions.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping services depending on your desired
delivery time. All merchandise is shipped from Myersville, Maryland.
If the shipping charges are not calculated for you automatically during
the check out process, our Customer Service Department will contact
you with the charges for approval, prior to shipping your order.
US Postal Service charges are calculated for Priority Mail Rates.

Oversize Charges
Extra charges can be incurred for packages
that exceed certain dimensions. Large orders and
certain combinations of items may trigger these oversize charges.
If your order is deemed oversized we will contact you with
the revised shipping total and will need your permission to charge
the increased amount. Please provide a valid e-mail and phone
number so we may reach you as soon as possible regarding
your order.
Shipping Times within continental U.S.**
Ground UPS: Usual delivery
time 5 to 10 business days.^^ *
2nd Day: Usual delivery
time 2 business days. ^^ *
3rd Day Residential Select :Usual
delivery time 3 business days.^^ *
^^ UPS does not ship to PO boxes. All shipping time estimates
are calculated from the time that the product is pick up
at our warehouse by the freight carrier.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail* : Usual delivery time
4 to 7 business days. Some locations will take longer.
**Please note: Most products ship within 3-7 working days
of Occasion Of A Lifetime receiving payment. Customer will
be contacted via email and /or phone if their product is out
of stock and / or on backorder. Please be advised that delays
will occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday.
*Unfortunately, OCCASIONOFALIFETIME.COM can
not accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments
including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes. Items damaged during
shipping are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Customer
will need to file a claim with the freight carrier that is responsible
for damaging the product during shipment. The freight carrier
is responsible for customer reimbursements for all freight damaged
products. Occasion Of A Lifetime is not responsible for products
damaged during shipment!
Shipping Exceptions
Sorry, but currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, US Territories and International.
All orders shipped to Maryland residents will be
charged 6% state sales tax.
FPO* and APO* Shipments
APO/FPO orders must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail only.
Delivery time may take up to 30 business days.
These shipments are not trackable or insurable. *Unfortunately,
OCCASIONOFALIFETIME.COM can not accept any responsibility
for lost APO , FPO shipments. APO customers are 100% responsible
for delivery of the products once they have shipped from
our facility.
Return Policy
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed
for 10 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your order
just call us for a return number (RMA) and we will credit back
to you the purchase price of the merchandise immediately, minus
any shipping charges, only when the following conditions are
met:

Request for RMA# is within 10 days of delivery date of merchandise.

RMA # has
been issued from OCCASIONOFALIFETIME.COM
-
RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging

The returned item, and
packaging, is in "brand new" condition

The packaging is not damaged. (We will refuse all damaged
packages from shippers)

The return package has been postmarked and shipped within
7 days of RMA.

Chocolates and Bridal lingerie cannot be accepted for return.
Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise that you have received
for any discrepancies or damage, and notify us within 10-days
of any problems with your order
Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is
the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our
error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or
Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package
securely.
For security reasons unidentifiable
packages will be refused.
Reshipment of refused packages will be charged to the customer at the
current UPS shipping rate.
No Returns On:
- Items listed as personalized or engraveable.
- Worn or damaged apparel.
- Candy, Sparkling Cider, Chocolates, and any other food or
candy item.
- Opened packets of bubbles.
- Film Products.
- Sale or discounted products.
- Items damaged by freight carrier.****
****Items damaged during shipping are the
responsibility of the freight carrier. Customer will need to
file a claim with the freight carrier that is responsible for
damaging the product during shipment. The freight carrier is
responsible for customer reimbursements for all freight damaged
products. Occasion Of A Lifetime is not responsible for products
damaged during shipment!
